Strasburg Room: Weekend Rental, 2 hours

Service Description

Thank you for your interest in renting the Strasburg Room. Rental includes tables, chairs, lobby, private bathroom, and main room. This is a second floor space with stair access only. Special Notes: -Arrangement of table and chairs to be done by renter. See above images for layout suggestions. -Renter is responsible for cleaning the space after use and emptying trash to the outside trash can. Trash bags and basic cleaning supplies are provided for you to use. -The Strasburg Room can accommodate up to 24 guests; however, it can only accommodate up to 9 vehicles. Parking is not allowed in front of Colorful Creations by Christina or in the reserved tenant parking spaces. If additional parking is needed, please reach out to Jason Fantom at: sales@fantomlaser.com -Free cancellation if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the rental date. If canceled within 24 hours of rental date, a 50% refund will be issued. -Damages to the Strasburg Room will be billed to renter. Damage fees must be paid within 5 days or additional fees will be added. We look forward to having you!

Cancellation Policy

We request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. This gives us the opportunity to possibly re-rent the room. You may cancel by phone [717.278.6333] or email [sales@fantomlaser.com]. You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the booking. Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours of the booking will not receive a refund. When you book the room, you agree to these terms.
